- I am the the mom of three amazing daughters. My recruit is the youngest of the 3, she turned 19 just 9 days before swearing in. My husband and I are anxious to see her grow over the next 4 years!

- Was proud and encouraged it
- From my experience with the Navy, the most important thing I learned was:
- I don't know that this early in my experience I have learned much. I am glad that she is in the Navy because it appears they are more female friendly than other service branches.
- Through this Navy experience, I now believe:
- It was positive and maturing. Our relationship has grown stronger.
