Hi, just saw your post my daughter is leaving Bootcamp now and has the same job as your daughter.  I was wondering how she was doing.  I'm a little nervous.

I hope you had a great Thanksgiving. How is your sailor? Does she like Oceana? Send me a message. My daughter is doing well and got to come home for Thanksgiving. She would love to meet your daughter and hang out sometime. She has her car there so no more expensive taxi's lol.

I'm sure she will love the military, its a great lifestyle especially at a young age and if you stay motivated. I love it so far especially since most of my training areas have either been in a big city or by a beach :) I am still in the guard I am actually in the process of switching from the guard to the navy. Its a lot of waiting around and a lot of paperwork and hopefully I will get release paperwork within a week or two. Then there is the whole still drilling as a guard soldier while waiting to ship out for the navy thing... (Sorry if I confused you) I am trying to get my mom on here but she's avoiding the Navy idea as much as possible and seeing that we are "connected" somehow in this small town you might be the best "comfort" online :)

Hey maddies mom! I'm a friend of maddie from high school we met her freshman year and its great that I found you. I was quiet surprised to see her in uniform when I signed onto facebook :) I am Vaughn Hill I'm in the army national guard here in NC and I am in the process of going navy. I remember riding the bus with madison megan and aimee (mccarrick) and always picking on the three. Hope things are going great for you all! bye

That is the same thing Sammy said today! God's hedge of protection would be around them and Jesus would go through it right alongside each of them who are His children! Sammy said Kyle's going to be waiting on the other side trying not to laugh at the ones who throw up and resisting his gag reflex!
