Event Description

This is a Meet and Greet for families of recruits with a Pass-In-Review date of Thursday, May 27, 2010.

The Meet and Greet is sponsored by the Ramada Waukegan-Gurnee as a service to the families of recruits, and occurs on the evening prior to their graduation. Families of recruits in all divisions are welcome to attend, whether or not you're staying there.

The time is 6:00-8:00 PM, and free, hot hors d'oeuvres will be served. For guests registered at the Ramada, you will be given complimentary drink tickets, 2/room (not 2/guest). A cash bar will be available for non-registered attendees. The Ramada will also provide name tags, so we won’t be overly-taxed trying to remember the names of all our new friends!

If you are planning to attend, please RSVP and leave a comment below with the number you’ll have attending. We need to get an estimated head count to the Ramada by Tuesday, May 25th.

Looking forward to seeing you all there!

If you haven't assigned one to 196, fushia is okay with me.

Lori- Thanks for doing the FLOWERS! I'm the only one in need. The other three are guys. Bless you for all the work you are doing for this event.

No word from Nancy. Or Ann.
I'm going to assign Michaels mom the yellow rose as that is the flower I have the least of. As far as I know she is the only one from 195.
michael's mom - that OK with you?
So that leaves the fushia and orange.

Marilyn and Lori: Did you hear from Nancy from Maryland. She is from Ship 7/Div 197. Did she respond about a flower? Just didn't want anyone to be left out....I don't know how you guys are doing this all, and Katie with the tags....Thanks - you all are great!

Are there any others on here thinking about attending the Meet & Greet at the Visitors Center after Graduation. It's open for all divisions and is very casual. I will be making name tags for those attending and will have extras on the day of just in case.

I haven't seen any other's from the 195 saying they will be there yet
