Hello...my son is in your husband's class. The only information I have is the class number is 01-11 C Company.
Hi, My son is in the 01-11 class. Have you had any contact with him? I hate not being able to talk to him. I usually talk to him daily, this is killing me. I do have his fiance to keep me company though. Have you made hotel reservations for 21 Oct. I understand there is a pass and revue and THE MOM's dinner that night. Family members can attend for a cost. For the Commisioning 22 OCt. they said to be seated by 8:45am. Ceremony starts at 9am. I can't wait. I remember when my husband got commisioned 29 years ago and we got married the next weekend. It seems like yesterday. This is my sons dream come true. It wasn't easy making this happen but he persurvered till it did.

I did but not sure how to use. I am going to have one of my kids show me. Hope to be in touch on FB soon.
Hi my4sons, I have a son in this class. I joined facebook over the weekend and am a beginner on it but am getting the hang of it. My kids are helping me navigate through it. The group is easy to follow. There are a lot of posts with comments, questions, and answers from the group. Hope to talk to you on it soon. My son is 22 too and just graduated college. Have you heard from your son yet?
Hi, I got an e-mail on Monday and so did his fiance. She also got a phone call from him on Sat. I know they are getting mail and may have a chance to briefly look at their e-mail so I was told put a short not in the subject line. He is in Charlie Company or "C" group. He says its a pain and he loves it. I know he was physically and mentally prepared for it so I know he will be ok. Have you heard from your son. Whats his name? My sons name is Brandon. I am under the facebook as Carolann Kushnick Bergersen. Be talkin to you!
My husband is reporting on August 23. How are things going? Have you been able to communicate yet?
His fiance got a phone call the Sat after he arrived. Short and sweet. Not all were able to call not sure what the criteria was on who got to make a call. On Monday his fiance and I got an e-mail. They were checking out the e-mail service that was set up. We started getting letters on the 11th day. But they had not received any that we knew of. It is intense not much sleep and not much eating (THEY HAVE TO EAT WITH A SPOON) They rise at 4:30 and go to bed around midnight. Alot of yelling. When my son called his fiance she almost hung up because she couldn't tell it was him everyone said the same thing. My son says it is hard and he loves it. It is everything he expected. Make sure your husband is in excellent pysical shape. Have him gain a few extra pounds, he will lose weight. Have him start getting up at 4:30am. Go to the ocs website there are alot of things he has to memorize before he checks in and a list of what he needs to bring. My sons recruiter wasn't much help getting him ready to go. Hopefully your husbands is more helpful.
Is your husband in the Navy now? where are you located?
