Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

My son graduates soon does any mom have kids in ship 4 div 819. My son says they workout alot. I am so proud of how hard he is working. Can't wait to see him. My younger son got a buzz cut yesterday lol.

Okay...I don't understand...I have posted the link to your PIR group for you at least twice (this time makes 3) along with links to other groups that you were asking aobut. Have you looked at the groups and just chosen not to join? Or just ignoring the links. I'm trying to help you.Your PIR group could answer ALOT of your quesitons if you have any. You would be with others from div 819 as well....
Go to the tab "my Page' and there is your profile page...scroll down and see comments left to you on your comment wall. You'll also see all the replies to your discussions and comments on your page

My son is also in Ship 4 Div 819, we are getting close  now to graduation and I can't wait.  Hope to arrive early enough to attend Flanagans meet and greet on Thursday.  That's awesome your younger son go a buzz cut, he'll impress his Navy brother.  I heard they work out a lot too and some of the guys that are really fit have shin splints.  Boots must be horrible to run in.
