Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 371 and 372

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

Hi everyone glad we are part of this group! Seems like our divisions are doing great after the pone call yesterday! Hope you all have a great day!

OK, I found out yesterday that my daughter's job is currently "Damage Control". I asked her what that meant exactly and she stated that when things go wrong, they come to her. I then asked her if that was a good thing, she said "Not really".  LOL She then told me that initially her job was to lead them with the whole left, right, left right thing, she (as they were marching?) said what it was called but I had a bad connection for a few moments of her phone call and didn't take time to ask her to repeat. She sounded much better, not near as many tears!

Ship 12 Div 372

My SR daugher is part of this division, nice to see some sisters coming together, she states food is awesome and has met some great ladies. She is strong and staying positive, very proud mamma :)

Best of luck to all the future sailors and their loved ones

Nancy my daughter is also part of this division and said the food was great, lol. Funny they are in boot camp and this is the excitement they talk about.

My daughter also the food was great, and she was so happy to get coffee to but I think she wishes it had caffeine, that was her only complaint.

My daughter is part of div 372 as well.  Her nickname is high school musical.  She is always singing and dancing.  She said one of her friends is C.C.  Initials only posted.

OH NO! I was out of reach yesterday, did our recruits get another phone call home?

Ship 12 Div 371 called at about 3pm! For about 10 minutes ....

are there any other mom's of Wisconsin recruits on here?

35 days to go!!! =)

Can't wait to see her face...

Happy Friday everyone & hope you all have a great labor day weekend!

Good morning ladies...

Just thought I'd let you know, along with the letters I received yesterday I also received a handmade birthday card from my SR. Some of the girls in her division signed it & it absolutely made my day! She is the div leader for the 371 girls and they seem to like her quite a bit, I hope! =)

It said "Happy birthday from the daughters of Triton - Div 371"
And it had about 15 signatures.

I also received a letter from a young lady who calls herself my SR's assistant, her initials are KR. She felt the need to share with me what a remarkable young lady & leader my daughter is. It feels so good to hear such positivity coming from these girls!

34 more days!! =)

Did anyone order USS Triton BC Challenge Coin yet?  I ordered one for my SR, his Dad, his Grandfather and his brother.  They are extremely well made. My SR will be so excited to receive his.  You can order them on EBay. If you search on here or on the Navy4Mom FB page, you can find the link. Nice PIR gift!
