Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 375 and 376

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

Hi Ladies!  Tomorrow is Friday #3 only 6 more. Yeah! I received 2 letters today,  one pagers but I don't even care.  Hope everyone received theirs too. I printed off Craig's history of the ships/barracks/challenge coins and have been adding a couple pages in every letter to my son. Hopefully I get them all sent (47 pages!) before graduation.  The info is awesome.

I think I saw my SR in Div 375 in the FB pics.  There are so many that look alike!  When I finally got my first phone call with him this Sunday, I asked about it and he said he was near the back so I think the one I picked out was correct.  I remember the shape of his head!  I write a letter every day and have my cell glued to me on weekends.  My husband says I'm obsessed.  I just can't help it.  He's my youngest!!

Hi everyone!  my son is in division 376. I have only gotten one short letter and a two minute phone call last Sunday... Hoping for one today!!  I get more information from his girlfriend, whom he writes way more than me. So luckily I have been getting most of my information from her. Last I heard he hadn't passed his swim test, so that is what I am waiting on to hear... I hope he does, I already took time off work and booked a hotel!  I don't want his graduation to be postponed!! Fingers crossed!!

Here is the photo!

This 375 or 376?

Yes, yes, yes!  I cried to see his  face!  He looks so tired . . . I know he was sick for awhile and perhaps that is why.  I can't wait for PIR!!

My son looks tired as well.  he is just getting over a cold.  I emailed this out to everyone yesterday and its my desktop picture on my computer at work !!

Yeah 2 weeks! My son's last letter said he had another cold and pink eye was running thru the barracks again. He was feeling poopy but studying hard for next test and trying to get some sleep. He is tutoring a boy that didn't pass the last academic. Fingers crossed for that boy. Little depressed that several boys had been sent home. Really hoping they all make it thru BS! He also said "Hell week" was simple but never explained exactly what they had to do. He sounds so tired. Can't wait to see him !!!!!

Ship 14 div 375

Hi jappyship, my son is in this division.  Perhaps he knows your SR?  I still am unsure about how to send a private message so I don't want to reveal too much.

(copied and pasted from duplicate discussion)

ladyhowl, To send a private message you must first friend that person. Click on their icon and it will take you to that persons page. Under their picture there is a "add as friend" button, and a spot to add a short message. Once they have added you as a friend you can click on their picture and use the "send message".

Thank you.  I thought I posted my message under ship 14 div 375, was that wrong or where did i post it?

No worries ladyhowl, you started another group for this division. It happens...This site takes a little time to get use to, but once you do it is easy peasy. :)
