Hello!  it was suggested that i start a discussion for this DIV to see if any other Moms out there with their daughters with mine!  She left on 5/21 from Ohio and we have received her box of things and nothing else, but I am told that no news is good news!  Hope to hear from others soon!

I got my first letter yesterday (Wed. 6/6).  It had been mailed on Monday.

I got my letter today too.

Hi.  My son left May 15 from Indiana and he is your daughters group (they are in a coed group) SHIP 3 Division 218 he is presently the Masters of Arms. I have been trying to connect with other moms in this group I am glad I finally found you.  Is your PIR July13?

My daughter's PIR is 7/13 too.

i also have a daughter in same div. i was hoping to met ofther parents with children there to. just think it might make life more bearable. lol

Hi Heidy.  I have a son in that division.  He is/was the Master of Arms.  Next time you talk to your daughter ask her if she knows him.

i will when i finally get a call. hope i get a letter tomorrow.

Any phone calls yet DIV 218?

Not since the original safe arrival call three and a half weeks ago.  Every time the phone rings, I am hoping, of course.

My SR called his mom today to ask for some documents he urgently needs. But, he also said said his first official call may be tomorrow. If anybody messes up today, then that privilege may be taken away. I'm not sure if he meant the whole division, but there is a possibility that some calls may be made tomorrow. So, keep your phones with you! :)

My son called once the first week for information related to his dad's citizenship.  He called me again right on the three week mark forhis passport information.  I got his first letter the next day. Hoping for another letter or call soon.

Great News! My son from PIR 7/13/2011 just called.  He said they had up to twenty minutes each to talk-so get to yoour phones. We talked for ten minutes and then I got off so he could call his dad at work.  He sounded so much better than he did a few weeks ago.  He has passed all physical and they won an academic flag for having the highest score on the first test.  After hearing how upbeat he was I feel so relieved.  He said everyone in SHIP 3 Division 218 is getting mail.
