My husband graduates bootcamp on the 30th, and my kids and I will be living with him during A-school. GPS's are soo expensive, and I've heard good things about them how they'll reroute you if you miss your turn.
I'm VERY directionally challenged! I practically need someone in the car to tell me WHEN to turn because I just forget very easily. Right now at home I can drive around in my city because I know it.. we don't have any crazy highways, loops, etc that I have to drive on! Just simple easy streets.. Seeing how my husband will be gone a lot and I'll have the kids, I may want to get out a lot more.. explore with the kids, Disney Land, you know! And I'm scared to death on driving anywhere! It's sad because I've been driving for 5 years already, hahaha.
So, anyone who has a GPS, is it worth the money? And if you have one that works really well, what is the specific name of it? There are SO MANY GPS's out there and I read all the reviews, but I'm still confused as to which one may work a little better in my situation.. by living on base and all of that.
Again, just a thought!
