I just got my letter!!! YAY! FEB. 3rd! Definitely soon than I thought! Thanks goodness!

Woohoo...got my form letter today too!!!!...Glad to see that we are meeting here now under the PIR boards...can't wait till Feb 3rd!!

Yay I'm so glad you guys got you letters! It makes you feel better doesn't it? Now I just want more! :)

My son is in the same div.  He is MM/Nr  Connor is his name. He should be gettin his mail by now.. Don't know much more than that.. Guy & Barbara , Lufkin Tx

GOt my letter today, too!!! so good to see his hand writing even if short.

We are from East texas

We, too!!! How cool.  We have already bought our tickets for PIR and staying about 4 miles from the base.

We received our form letter yesterday with a short note from my son.  We are from East Texas and we are so looking forward to seeing our sailor graduate on Feb. 3rd.  He will go to nuclear school in Charleston,SC.  So happy to have other moms to visit with during this difficult time.

I sure hope Feb. 3rd does not change.  We bought our tickets because the fares were under 300 round trip for 4 of us.  otherwise we cold not afford to go as as family.  Barely squeezed enough or the tickets and are non-refundable.

Same here.  this is a blessing for us to share our journey.  My son said the letters are wonderful but wanted more news about home not bootcamp questions. LOL Unfortunately not all the SR's are getting letters.  He said he would try somehow to seek them out and ask if he can have letters sent to them.  If they are too numerous for just me, anyone want to pitch in and help?  Not sure if we can even make it happen I just cannot imagine not getting mail.  Anyway just a thought.

Wow 2 from East Texas. :) We're from Washington. My son will go to Texas for A school.

What is his A school?
