Morning! Thanks MNM for the info! You are always a wealth of info and now I know why! I will be sure to check them out.
We are expecting a bit more wind today with a chance for a hint of snow. But no real accumulation, boy is it dry and dusty here! Prayers are going out to all who were in the path of the tornadoes! So sad to hear of the loss of life!
I hope you all have a good day...
Fox News is covering the current events pretty well.
Drew's mom ... so sorry to hear of the loss of life and community. I really do know how you feel, I will keep you and the families in my prayers.
Google alerts the carrier & the support ship helps me keep informed. I get current information daily.
Hey Y'all. All is good at our house. But not so good around in Jefferson County. So far 2 dead. We just seem to have a bulls-eye on us for Tornadoes. Feeling the pain for our neighbors. Thanks all for your concern.
Morning, wet and foggy here, not bad for hanging around the house.
the3ds...WooHoo Shellback, and on the down side of his deployment. :)
mommyhunt...Mine is also in river city, I guess they all have to take their turn cranking, I'm sure I will hear about it when its his turn. May the time pass quickly.
Good Morning my Girlies!
Drew's mom Debbie...hope she can jump in and let us know that she is safe and sound in Alabama.
3d's - Congrats to your new Shellback! I hear it is pretty hard to achieve these days since so many fleets are specific to certain parts of the world. Not that many "around the world" trips.
Sherrill- Love the idea of a coed shower! Sounds like fun! Glad to hear things are coming together for the wedding!
Cindy- Be safe coming and going from work today.
MNM- Where do you get all of your news and Navy updates? I am missing out on important things... would love to hear what is happening for our Navy guys and gals!
Mommy- Cranking is kind of a ritual on board that everyone has to do. hat it consists of tI know the jobs that "have" to be down and no one wants to do...so it goes to all of the "newbies" Everyone gets their turn at it, I do know that the better they do it, the more they are noticed in a good way. The worse they handle it, they are noticed for that as well. Attitude is everything!! Hope that your Daughter can keep her chin up and muddle through!
