Good Morning my girlies!
"stylin' in the 40s"? here's my sweet momma back in the day!
Happy Tuesday! Proud-of Gar- Our son got his iphone rather than a lap top after graduation. He uses the hot spot as well in the barracks. He said it was the best thing he ever did.
Drews mom- Glad to hear your son made it safely! We do always fell better once we know they have arrived safely!
Sherrill- sounds like things are moving along for the wedding. I think joshmom was thinking of a "flappers" Dress from the roaring twenties! Try looking up 40"s fashions on line to get an idea!! I was thinking something Katherine Hepburn would have worn!! This sounds so fun!! How very original of the kids!!
Have a great day Gals!
Hey Y'all. Mine just made it to Lemoore. So glad to hear he is finally there. Hubby on the plane should be home in a couple of hours. I guess now I will really learn what the Navy is all about. We have been so spoiled with him just 4 hours away. 2200 miles is a whole different story. But it will be good. @ ProudOfGar, I agreed with the Best Buy. Our Son went to P'cola in August and that was the best deal for him. Y'all have a great evening and tomorrow, too.
Thank you again Sherrill I should have plenty of time on our 12 hour drive to have a list of prices to compare to the NEX with and I think we will just take this other one just incase so he will have it.
Thank you for the heads up Cindy I don't know how all that works though he does have an iphone with unlimited data do you know if that has a hot spot?
Happy Monday Morning from Missouri! Hope everyone has a wonderful week.
Good Morning Everyone, I hope that you all had great weekends! We were busy around here. Today is going to be busy too...lots going on here. Just home front stuff. Lol
Have a great Monday!
Oh and Sherrill after rereading your post I guess you could answer my other question for me. My husband said maybe we should just let him borrow one of ours til he can buy one at an NEX (thinking that he might get more for his $$) did your sr just buy one at like a best buy or something or did he get a better deal on base?
Thank you Sherrill for letting me know. Funny you should mention boxers....in 3 letters now he has either told me to bring boxers or he has listed it as the most missed thing during bc. He acts like he is dying without them.....lol! I wonder if he would feel the same if I brought boxers but forgot the iphone hehe!
