hi all:  just found out Christopher's roommate (also AT) will be going to afghanastan

next year. He will be sent for training in jan for 2mo in SC then another month of training somewhere else then overseas after that for 1year. They are making him a mailman. Told my son to tell him that is a very important job. What would all these guys and gals do without mail. chris said this sailor is nervous but excited about the adventure.

Mommy from what i can remember it was the brother from here that "found" her!!!! my darlin' is working today in his home office so i am jumping on when he takes a short break.....when he takes a longer break i will see if i can find the news report.  i remember that Mr. Rich Guy only has ONE brother.  local brother isn't livin' the "sweet life" like Mr. Rich Guy....you can bet on that!!!  like i said....the reports said he was working down on the river.  not to dismiss all those hard working men who spent many years going up and down the river pushes all those barges like my uncle BUT in that line of "work" you see a LOT of sketchy folks !!!

Good Morning!  Still hot and dry here in Texas but should cool down in the next couple of days - hopefully.

Walking on the walls Sherrill?  Bet that would make even a person who didn't get motion sickness ill.  Made me queasy just thinking about it!
