I'm still confused about the classes.  I know that for ATO and ATI they have to take a common core class that both rates take, then they go into their own strand (O or I).  Is the common core class the ATT class or is this something different?  I know it says the common core class supposed to be 51 days followed by ATO training which is 40+/- days.  So do they do the 90 days of Avionics training after they take the ATT and AWAT class?  Or is the ATT and AWAT figured into the 90 days of training?  I'm just trying to figure out how long she'll be in Pensacola.  Thanks!

Good Morning and Happy Friday!

I knew yesterday was going to be special....Congratulations Matt's Mom!  Joyce you're next!

Jill - my son did his ATT class first (4 weeks) then went straight to AWAT (12 days but that included the weekend) then he started his I strand. So happy your daughter is moving forward.

Tomorrow is "Witches Night Out" with the girls....it's our first time to attend this event and hopefully it will be spooktacular.....looking forward to a fun time with my sisters and nieces.

You all have an enjoyable weekend!

Jill my son went to school for ATI and he had to take both classes. Don't remember which one he took first.

My grandson was born tonight so his birth date is 10/11/12.  How cool is that!  Baby and mom are both doing fine.  He weighed 7lbs. 15.5ozs and was 22 inches long and he is a doll.

So I guess my daughter is starting her ATT class next Tuesday.  Finally :-)  I'm a bit confused though.  I thought that they had to take the AWAT class first.  I know it is a week class that is computer driven.  Or do they take ATT then AWAT then the ATO strand class?  Is the ATT class the common core class that they talked about that both ATI and ATO take before their strand classes?  I'm just a bit confused.  But at least she is starting something soon.  :-)

joshmom we are still waiting.  Any day now I am sure or he could wait until next week to be born and then I could be there.  Don't think my DIL wants that to happen because she is so ready for him to be born now.
