NWTM also engraves the rank/paygrade coins.  I got my hubby an E3 coin for bootcamp graduation gift and my mom got him his rate coin, both engraved.

Misty from MN, I got a challenge coin on ebay with the ship that my son is in boot camp in and on the back they engraved it for free with his name and Ship/Div # on it. It really turned out beautiful. Giving it to him at PIR graduation on 6/1. Just Google Shelly Saxton (ss) challenge coins and I am sure it will come up.

There are many sites for Challenge Coins but surprisingly, I have purchased several at Northwest Territorial Mint on Amazon.
