Am so sorry to read about this accident. It involved a huge number of people in your small, beautiful town. Sending my prayers to all the involved families, their friends, and co-workers.

With the housing shortage due to floods rents jumped up in price, kinda sad greedy. I have a lead on a possible Condo.

My friend found a 2 bd duplex for $750. But not in the best end of town. I wonder if rents went sky high because of the housing shortages? Try Broomfield, Erie, Lafayette. Firestone & Frederick little farther away.

I looked online at longmont and could not find a 1 bedroom for less than $1200  Yikes that is a lot.

Boulder is awful expensive. And they are still trying to recoup from the flood, affordable housing at a premium. I live about 30 miles east, but my best friend found something in Longmont and Louisville. Animals not normally a problem. Good luck!

Hey I will be going to school in Boulder soon. Anyone know of affordable housing there in a good neighborhood that accepts cats?

Anyone have their SR get their PIR date changed? I guess something happened and she was to graduate 11/15 and now the 22 very concerned what happend and why? We're trying to get it all changed and fixed but will she still participate or just go to Aschool :/ not what I was expecting but she was clear that they just moved it we called her recruiter and they said it did move?? Ugh!

Hey guys....  This group is a lot slower than the PIR groups. but it is still a good place to be.  I haven't heard of a Molly's Packing Party in quite a while.  Are we still doing them?

Glad to see new faces....

Hello belovedbyhim. I also live in Highlands Ranch and have a son that goes to TRHS. He is a senior this year and will also be joining the Navy, like his brother, in July. We should get a group of us together and go have coffee or something.
