Good morning all,
I have a son who currently is in boot camp. We live in Berthoud Colorado. Another mom who's son is also in the Navy would like to start a support group here in Berthoud and was not sure if anyone knows if there are any certain forms to be filled out. I know that confidentiality is one of them and that would strictly enforced but other than that. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Good morning. Arrived at work safe and sound. The roads weren't as bad as I thought they would be. Have a great day, everyone.

Snowing here. Not sure if we'll have work or not. They usually don't shut down unless we have in excess of 2 feet! Gonna be a nasty commute in the morning.

Thanks for the warm welcomes. And yes, I've found the OCS Moms page and the Moms of Daughters. I was bored at work today and looked a little farther into the groups and found this! My LO has done very well in H Class, and I've enjoyed the nearly daily phone calls. That will all end when her husband returns from Iraq in a few weeks. He's a Corpsman serving with the Marines.

Hey JB,
Several of my friends did the Bataan Death March last weekend. They've been doing it for the past few years. Maybe I'll train and do it with you all next year.

Hi everyone,
I just found this group. I'm in Thornton. My daughter went to OCS on 7-March, but was rolled into H-Class on 11-March. She's thinking she'll class up with 16-10 on 28-March, but we aren't sure. Good to know there are others in the area that I can talk with. I'll be headed out to her graduation in June!

I'm new to this, my son just arrived at BC on the 3/16. I'm in the Denver area. Anyone near me? It's hard getting used to him being gone. He's my oldest and I'm just used to having him here all the time.

Hi all it looks like the date of March 28th is the best day. I will reserve the Community Center at the Village at Country Creek in Fruita. The address is 1136 Periwinkle Lane
Fruita 81521
Let me know if you can make it and what time of day...Lunch or mid afternoon. Potluck or whatever. It has a full kitchen tables chairs the works. Very nice and comfortable.
Village at Country Creek is located at
K 6/10 Road and Pine or 18 Road (it is called both)
Also, what can I do from this side to help all who can get here...get here. Anxious to meet all that come. Chat with you all later...
