Thanks to all who recently joined!

And thanks everybody for posting more great recipes.

Thank you for the info Paula!

Angie, any favorites from your favorite books please post later. Thanks!
Since I have discovered making meatloaf in the crock I have never done it in the oven again. I prefer bbq sauce over the meatloaf rather than the salsa/ketchup mixture. I've tried mixing bbq sauce in with the meat but it doesn't keep together as well. Maybe I added a little too much at the time. Prefer the meat with lots of flavor and moist. And I would love to try the pork roast with the can of coke. Hubby doesn't care for pork though so I will try with a tri-tip instead. You know I used to own a rice cooker until hubby got rid of it a few years back. And now he eats rice all the time!

Well, haven't decided what I will be trying next...and those desserts sound pretty good to me...maybe not! Talk about healthier lifestyle...I've been eating too much junk this past week.

I love to cook with a Crockpot. It is so much easier since I work 10 hour days.

Welcome Moms!

Thanks Kathy, Beverly, and Louise for sharing your recipes.

I had tried the Breakfast Casserole this past week. It turned out pretty good almost like a quiche-sp? Tried it with the ham but if I made it again I would probably not use ham or bacon again. (And hubby didn't really care for the ham)It's only meat so I would use ground turkey since that is what i usually have around.

Deborah, I have had a 5qt size crock and that seems to work well with alot of the recipes. I think they come in a 6qt also which is what I would like to have next.

HI Ladies,
For those of you who listed your recipes here I copied & posted it up above under Recipes. That way it would be easier to find and it's all under one grouping. Thanks for sharing!

I'm sorry, that's 1 cup rice with 2-1/2 cups water and 2 cups rice with five cups water. I like the Jasmine Rice.
