well, i don't have a breakfast meal in the crockpot it's just a regular meal like the meatloaf or pot roast and if it's ready in the morning my husband will have some after eating his bowl of cereal. ;-)

Nice to see you all here, thanks for joining!

All the recipes do look really good!
I think crockpot cooking has become a little more popular. I like to throw everything together before going to bed the night before. That way it'll be ready early enough the next day especially if you have one of those hungry hubbys around. I'll do that on a friday or saturday night.

No hurry on the recipes and thanks Mom's for joining.

Serena, I've had my old crockpot for twenty some years now and it still works. Why get rid of it if the thing still works, right? Well, I've always wanted a new one that looks like the one in the pic above. An oval crock in green and white. The one that I have is a 5qt and a good size. Click on the Recipes Link up above and the meatloaf is the first one posted. Yes, it is nice to find something different to make and I can't wait to try one of the recipes here. But grocery shopping isn't until the end of the week. Just created this group last night and thought it would be a good one here.

Oh, it’s pretty simple to use a crockpot or slow cooker Karen.
Follow your recipe, throw the ingredients in, set on low or high and forget about it…that is until it is ready. Glad you’re here!

Any recipes you can post and share that would be great! Thank you!

Sorry, never thought of categorizing a different section for each recipe such as desserts, soups, etc.
