so good! 4 boneless pork loin chops
1 oz packet onion soup mix
10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup
15 oz can chicken broth
1 packet pork or brown gravy packet
Place pork chops in crockpot.
In a medium sized bowl mix other ingredients together. Dont worry about the clumps too much, they go away during cooking.
Pour bowl contents over pork chops.
Cook on low 3-8 hrs (until tender) mine was 5 hrs.
Thicken sauce with some flour or cornstarch slurry for gravy when chops are done if desired.

Alton's Overnight Oatmeal
1 cup steel cut oats
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup dried figs
4 cups water
1/2 cup half-and-half
Directions
In a slow cooker, combine all ingredients and set to low heat. Cover and let cook for 8 to 9 hours.
Stir and remove to serving bowls. This method works best if started before you go to bed. This way your oatmeal will be finished by morning.
Chex Mix treats in a crockpot
3 cups Corn Chex cereal
3 cups Rice Chex cereal
3 cups Wheat Chex cereal
3 cups Cheerios cereal
3 cups pretzel sticks
1 can mixed nuts
1 cup vegetable oil or melted butter
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Mix all three Chex cereals, Cheerios cereal, pretzel sticks, and mixed nuts in a 6-quart or larger slow cooker.
Whisk together vegetable oil or butter, Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt and garlic powder and pour over cereal mixture. Mix well.
Cook uncovered on high for approximately 90 minutes, stirring frequently.
Turn the slow cooker down to low and cook for an additional 20 minutes, again stirring frequently.
Spread on a cookie sheet to cool.
