Hi Ladies, has anyone stayed at The Virginia Beach Resort Hotel & Conference Center is located at 2800 Shore Drive VA Beach would that be downtown is suppose to have a private beach we are looking into it for a wedding reception

Same here.  Started prayers for him as soon as I woke up.  I can't even start to fathom what he is going to go through today.  Yes Lord, give him peace.

Sean was foremost on my mind this morning. Prayers went upward for him. today will be a very hard day for him as he buries his family.Lord, give him peace beyond understanding.

Colleen... not chilly  here... to be in the mid 90's but that is a cooling down from last month's 100 plus degree temps for the entire month. It's weird how 95 doesn't feel so bad.

*** Keep praying for Sean. He has much still to deal with... seemingly, to much for someone so young.  ** Lord give him your strength and please send people to wrap their arms around him. Uphold him please in this extreme time of trial and heart ache.

Hey Indy!  I know our Sailors are on the same ship, but my Sailors PIR was in Aug of '09 too.  I wonder if they know who eachother is?  I will be in SD when they come back from their next deployment.  I know that's a while off, but maybe we can meet then if not sooner.  My Sailor was the Master Helmsman that brought the Stockdale into SD from deployment.  That's probably why you had a hard time finding him.  He was probably one of the last to come off the ship.  We had a wonderful homecoming.  I'll have to post a couple of pics.  I got a card out to Sean.  I can't believe how much this young man has gone through in his life already.  Donna, the N4M's groups have been a lifesaver for me, like Indy said.  We are here to help in any way.  Stay warm everyone, it's a tad chilly here in Michigan.

I, too, have been praying for Sean Reynolds. Such tragedy is so hard to fathom especially to someone so young.

both his parents and younger brother were tragically taken from this earth last week in Airzona on their way to San Diego to see his ship dock after a deployment.  Our hearts and prayers should be with this young sailor as he is to bury them on Monday the 19th of September.  I believe there is a link on the blogs and on Texas Moms also.  Please lift him up in prayer so that he will know what a gracious God we have and that our Lord has him wrapped in his love.  He also lost his girlfriend on Christmas eve 2010 in a car accident.  I don't know how this boy is handling all of this except through the grace of God.  we Navy moms need to be a sorce of strength to him...Blessings, Cindy
