Thank you ddcfrom, for sharing brought tears to my eyes same tears as I hugged my son yesterday at the airport on his way to start the new phase of his Navy Life in Virginia on a ship and Im so blessed that at least after 9 long months of not seeing him and hugging him that I was able to spend few days with him before starting this new phase,remembering the little Boy I raised to the Wonderful Man he has become but as the poem says he will always be my sweet Baby and a huge part of Me will always be with him'

To All of Us Navy Moms and Military Moms you think when they Grow up we dont have to worry as much but for Us Navy Moms the worries continue more so for their Safety and for their Safe arrival Back Home God Bless Our Sailors and Military and to Us Moms/Wifes for the Strength we all need."GO NAVY"

A Friend found this saying and printed it on Flag paper for me, I thought I would share it with all the other Navy Moms.

Hi Oregonmom, yes same here I'll send you a friend request and then if you like I rather use regular personal email because I cant respond on the inbox for some reason it wont go through I can read only so if you like send me your email and we can chat that way .How long has he been on The USS Mahan and does he like it . My son has his orders to arrive Sept 8th he is looking forward to start this new phase of his career.He is an ET and has been at Great Lakes for over a year.Its good to find someone same ship I have been checking and I have not found anyone or a group until you.How does he like Norfolk VA. Oh Boy, more Praying God is really busy theses days  I hope and pray there will be no danger to Our Sailors stationed there.
