As our recruits get furthur into bootcamp I thought that maybe some of the Moms in Division 818 PIR 9/2 would like to get more specific information. I'm brand new at this but thought I'd try and maybe some more knowledgable Mom's will help us.

Man, I'm mistyping!!! I'll wait and see, but I will wee in the meantime too!!! and he graduates, hasn't done it already--man, am I one confident Mama!!! hahahaha!!!
No, just busy, busy, busy......
Will be praying for B!!! Happy Veterans Day to all the hubbys and Mom Vets out there, too!!
Still haven't heard from J......
W is doing better!!! Starting to get confident he can do this and even excel!! Was so good to hear the confidence he is starting to build. See, while he was taking college classes, a particular teacher (I dare not call her a professor) really made him start doubting himself. She was teaching Computer Science and taught in the most illogical way possible--he couldn't catch on and was failing miserably. He can fix most computers already, so her methods were leading to my madness!!! Anyway, he is starting to sound so much better!!! He will be home for either Christmas or New Years--kinda looking like the week of New Years. He graduated Dec 13 and reports for Jump Training at Ft. Benning on Jan 13. But he only has about 10 days of leave, so......he has to stay in AZ for two of those weeks. To be home for Christmas he would have to pay for both ways from AZ to FL to turn around and the Army pay to go to GA. He's trying to see if they will let him be in GA the two extra weeks so he could come home for Christmas and just go there.....have to wait and wee......but at least we get to see him!!!!
Yes, Lydia, it's like we went so strong for two years and everyone fell away.....I love you ladies anyway!!!!

That is what our kids are fighting for - our freedoms make us so!!! kewl let me know when you find out... in the 7 years I have been shipping overseas... nothing home made has ever made successfully but then they were not vacuum sealed either!!!
Hey girls!!!!!!!!!!
Well I must say.... Ben Franklin was a genius!!:)) I LOVE electricity!!! haha! 7 days with no power was about all I could take. But I CANNOT complain because there are so, so many people that were devastated by Sandy.
I hope all is well with everyone!
Bama, I am curious to see how well the brownies hold up being shipped overseas. D wants snickerdoodle cookies, but I wasn't sure they would still be good, till they got to him!
It was freezing here, but is warming up this weekend and by Monday will be close to 70 degrees!!! yah! I know it won't last, but I will take what I can get.

I'm pretty bummed out over all the Kool-aid drinkers and really, really scared for our country--and our kids out there with this lier in charge telling them where to go, what to do, no you can't have help even if you are under attack.....I am so very, very scared we will not survive the next four years....
