As our recruits get furthur into bootcamp I thought that maybe some of the Moms in Division 818 PIR 9/2 would like to get more specific information. I'm brand new at this but thought I'd try and maybe some more knowledgable Mom's will help us.

Hope you're all having a great "day before Friday" :)) I think I might start decorating for Christmas this weekend. I think we will go tag our tree too. To early to get it... it would dry out too fast in our house with the wood stove.
Have a super day, Jingle Bells!!

Well, Im Thankful for my Navy Mom sista friends.. I could not walk this road without you all!!! I love and appreciate each of you!
Well, it is Sonday and I was just over at our garage apt... it is FULL of stuff for the soldiers for their Christmas boxes... wool socks, thermals, gloves, candy, blankets, soaps... I have a Spec Forces Army Unit of 87 almost ready to wrap and ship and we just got 115 other Army brothers.. one of our Spec Forces Head Hunters noticed that they are lonely and dont get boxes.. sooooooooo we are adopting them too! Just ordered more ski gloves for them and our VFW sistas have candy for them.. Just sent the requested Santa Hats to our Navy 65 kids in Japan along with tons of goodies and girl stuff for the females... and now we still have our Unit of 43 to go... they just got stuff from us last month so we will get stuff to them later on... man my head is spinning! hehehe
love you all tons!!!!!
Hi Girls, I don't post often, but Kelly and I are good friends. I spent two hours at the gym this a.m., yes because I felt guilty for my pleasures yesterday, but moreso because I was graced with two additional guests from Ft. Bragg in addition to my son...all SOCM students. These guys are very clean eaters and in amazing shape...truly an inspiration for this flabby body! These young men were such a pleasure to have as guests. As I get to know more of these young men, I am impressed by how "normal" they are, but yet, not. Manners, kindness, strength and a great sense of humor are only the beginning of what we all know they embody. SO PROUD, SO GRATEFUL, my door is always open to them
