I'm a very very happy mom!!! Christian is coming home June 1 through the 15th for Jordan's high school graduation and is going to help him wrap up his ES book! Jordan also said after graduation he's going to wrap up his merit badges and hope to have his BOR by July. Busy last few weeks of school, Sr. Prom this weekend, the spring play wrapped up yesterday, finals coming up, then graduation! So glad that things will be done as far as high school goes, it's been a lot of trials! Hope all is well and that your sailors come home for a visit this summer!
Thinking of all of you Eagle Moms this weekend. If they are not with you in person they are with you in spirit! Have a great day!!!
My sailor will be heading home for a couple wks on 5-10. So I may not be on very much the next few weeks.
I'll tell him to get or he'll not only have to answer to dad, me, big brother, and my posse from Eagle Scout Navy moms!!!!! He has the play opening up this week on Friday, and that's 8 shows over next two weeks, then before we know it it'll be prom, then finals and GRADUATION!!!! He's working on family life, almost have that one done, and 1/2 way through communications so it'll happen but I don't want it dragging on...drives me crazy....but Jordan is a procrastinator and no doubt he'll get it done, just hate it still going on.....
Had a great Easter with friends, there were little ones there so to watch the egg hunt was a lot of fun. Great weather, great food, great friends. Tears came to my eyes thinking of what fun Christian and Jordan use to have with the egg hunt and going to church. They grow up way too fast! Hope everyone had a great Easter!
Hey girls! Hope everyone is well. I'm surviving another tax season....thank goodness the hardest part will be over Monday but then it's crazy for me another month because of 1st quarter reportings are due as well as property tax reportings. Whoever thinks that in an accountants office is boring after tax day has never actually worked in an accountants office......hope everyone's sailor is doing well. Mine is doing great and younger brother is 1 merit badge away from Eagle BOR....done before graduation? Who knows, but he'll have 6 months still after graduation to get it done but I'm not going to let him slack off....it needs to be completed and SOON!!!
