I'm glad you are working in your yard like I said mine will be weeds. Yes I had a car wreck and did break my leg but I can assure you total carefulness will be executed from now on. I'm tired of this sick role. Being a nurse I want to shake it off and go but it is the right leg. Please keep me in your prayers

Oh daysleeper I know that you DIL. You are great! I was just saying all these situations are hard for each of us. MUCH love and prayers to you. God bless each and everyone of us. Did you hear I broke my leg---my garden is really going to be awful now. Lol

Hey daysleeper!!!!!@gypsy. Yes I have heard of this happening. It is very hard on the parents that are here. Many boys go off with the girls families so that does make it hard the best advice I can give you is just try to get along cause if you fight it they just get more hostile and angry

OK,  just wondering if anyone in this group has delt with this...along with dealing with the empty nest syndrome,  a few months before my son went to boot camp, he met this girl...and things progressed so rapidly it was unreal..to make a LONG story short..this girl and her mother TOTALLY dominated my son.  I know he allowed it,as he hadnt had many girlfriends and was very nieve etc, but they had him staying over there all weekend before we knew what was happening! The mother is a total master manipulator, and now they are planning to get married (with her pushing) next summer a month before he is to be deployed for 8 months!!  why? before he left for boot camp, they talked him into staying there most of the time and ofcourse he wanted to!!  he's a guy..she's a LOOSE girl,  but they would not want him to spend ANY time with us before he left.  I know he is to blame for letting them do this, I know...but how can I  deal with this,  we have now decided to not say anymore to make him wake up,  but it still hurts so much because he can't see what they are doing.     any advice from anyone who's been through anything similar?  thanks

The rainstorms are gathering to come in this week.  They say we could have winds on Tuesday of 50 mph.

Yesterday our little town had a nice Veteran's Day parade.  WE followed it up by a "parade" to HomeDepot and look at kitchen cabinets again.  Just undecided how we want to finish out our kitchen.

The dogs can't quite get the hang of the time change.  Little froo-froo Buttercup has had me up since 4 am.

Everyone have a good week :)

I didn't know it would take that long. I'm sure some of the packages get taken by disrespectful people. That is a shame. You know they can't steal our prayers tho. I wonder if the packages that are sent to the ships take that long too
