Beautiful! Congratulations to the whole family!
Hi all - Happy Wednesday! Been back to work since yesterday but playing catch up - ugh!
We had a wonderful time at the wedding - there was a total of 7 of us there (plus their 2 dogs who were in the wedding!). We had planned on having it in her mom's backyard but it was raining (hard) so we had to move it inside. Everything went well and they are married and it was beautiful - even if it wasn't what they had originally planned. The "renewal" is still set for May 16, 2021 at the original venue in CA. I just hope that things are back to some sort of normalcy by then so we can have the celebration! Never would have thought they would be doing a "zoom" wedding but it worked lol!
Daysleeper, I am sorry to hear his last month was not what he wanted but I am so happy to hear that he is in a good place now with so many opportunities!! You are great parents supporting him!
Daysleeper - You should be very proud of your son who gave good service to the Navy and our country for a long time. I know when my son ended his military career after 4 years I was left without knowing how to feel but as I look back I now know it was the best decision for him and I am so proud of all he has done with his life including serving in the military. You are a wonderful Navy mom who has supported her son all along!! So happy to still be in touch! NMH's!
Wow Daysleeper! What an eventful weekend!! Congrats on your Son’s retirement! Is he okay from his disability? Can I ask what happened? Please tell him Thank you for his service!! Almost ten years!! That’s amazing!
Not that you’re the grill master maybe they will get you an official apron? ♥️ Your dinner sounds amazing and lovely!
Update on my Sailor! His class hold has been lifted! They had tested one of his classmates and the test came back negative!! He started back on Monday but then all the computers were down so hopefully they will get back to normal today!
he finally got all of the packages and letters we sent so yesterday he was a very happy camper!
Thanks so much! I have lost 12 pounds to far!
Samantha - wow! Great job - keep it up. I tried Blue Apron but only for a week about 2 years ago - an employee here at my work did it but he was going on vacation and so he gave me his week. It was very convenient and the food was tasty. My hubby complained he didn't get enough food though lol!
I don't have any answers regarding the holds - seems like this is the norm right now.....lots of hurry up and wait!
