Okay the 2 Sandy's, Jon just texted back and said that "yep it's all scripted with the Chief right next to you when you call"

I still think they should l let everyone have a PIR experience, they all work hard. I just texted Jon and asked him about the "scripted" call that they seem to not agreeing on on the 7/29 PIR group. He hasn't answered yet, but he will eventually, he is doing laundry..I guess no more " I don't know how to run the machines" excuses for him..LOL

Tuesday was my daughter's first day in FIT, so perhaps they tested her then just to see how far she needed to get.  She did not test today but I was told she would test tomorrow, so every other day, probably usually MWF.

Parrothdgal, Her rate is Hospital Corpsman and A-School is in San Antonio, so I can definitely go visit her there when she has earned some liberty.  I have a grandchild in San Antonio, so it won't bother me at all to go there.

keger, that happened to my friends son that I emailed you about. In the end, he made it, but he went to Battle Stations with another division. He kept his PIR date.

sandy, that makes sense that they would have them run on the treadmill for conditioning.

I think my son felt as if everything he did in boot camp was a test. LoL

How many division graduated in your son's PIR group?

Okay getting confused on the Sandys..lol anyway to both of you, Jon also said that they tested every other day, and on the non test days they ran tread mills, and some other machine. But he did get to test the Thursday before PIR in an attempt to graduate on time.

sandy, my son said that in boot camp they are allowed to try for the run everyday. Unless things have changed. It has been a year since my son was in boot.

My son said that he had inspections and some tests on Saturday. Maybe this was due to the fact that there were over 12 divisions going through boot at once. He said that it was very hectic trying to get things completed.

HM I am so glad she gets to run again tomorrow, I was under the impression she was doing the M_W_F thing, that is awesome! Praying for her and you!

Oh, ok, HM Ruth.  I thought she had run Mon and then again today.  But she gets to try again tomorrow, so that's great!  I have a suggestion.  Go on the PIR group...send a message to all members via the "Send Message to Group" prompt up top on that page--- with her name.  I'm sure that there are many ladies who would love to give your daughter hugs if she is at PIR on Friday!
