We have one more rotation to Japan and hopefully by this summer he will be able to choose whether to continue in the Navy or to get out or go reserves.  I'm so sad, as now he is returning to Hawaii after the holiday break.  It has been wonderful and he has had not only a former Marine (he's assigned to a marine unit since he's a corpsman) but two of his Navy friends stop by while he was on leave.  He has made some wonderful, lifetime friends being in the service for nearly five years.

Enjoy the time he has at home Kathy!

Ahhh, a vacation to Japan!!! He sees the world , you see the world. It may not be a physical vacation, but you can see it through his eyes!!!!

My sons Captain sent a wonderful end of year letter. They will be deployed this year. The sailors are working countless hours, POM2.

Happy New Year!!! We are blessed to live in a free country! Let us all stay vigilant to make sure we keep our freedom!!!!
