Sue,
Sent mine yesterday. Took a picture with my phone. Not sure how to send it to you. I'll work on that :) Karen
This thank you note came in to us a couple of days ago:
Dear "Navy Mom's",
Yesterday I had the privilege, along with my fellow SNCO's, to unpack the 300+ pillowcases sent to us by your organization. We will distribute 300+ them to our members prior to Christmas.
On behalf of the 354th Aircraft Maintenance Unit deployed from Davis Monthan Air Force Base, AZ....
a heartfelt "Thank You" for these unique gifts which I'm sure will be greatly appreciated by all members.

> Weapons Section Chief

I responded and this is what he wrote:
Your pillow cases have been a great hit with the guys! Many thanks to you all,
the smiles are priceless. Merry Christmas!
JASON H. WATSON, MSgt, USAF
So wonderful to read a message from them!! Warms my heart. I never figured out how to send a photo from my phone, but a few of my pillow cases had Santa on them :) Thank you Sue for making this happen.
Karen, thanks for your contribution!
I heard from our POC yesterday. Here is what she said:
I have a ton of pictures to send you! :) Everyone absolutely loved them!
We had a great time on Christmas and much of that joy can be contributed to you and your team.
What is a good mailing address for you?

Plus my hubby heard from the wife at church that her hubby got a pc. It was because of that young man being deployed at the last minute with this unit that we did them.
that's how HAE works and I love that! We know of 1 person and because our motto is "ALL OR NONE", 359 others got a pillowcase.
She did send me a bunch of photos but I haven't checked yet if I can post them. I always ask. But I do have 1 of part of the unit that I got permission to post. She said this is 1/3 of them.
