My nephew is in this group of marines (stands for Combat Logistics Battalion) and they will be deployed soon.

The total number needed 700:  36 females, 664 males.

We will be mailing in waves to the different companies.  Once I get the breakdown of numbersby company, we will decide on the mailing dates.   At this point in time, it looks like we will start in late August with a very small possibility of a late July mailing.

Watch for further details.  And ladies, "start your machines".

Ok This is the suggested ship schedule.  Let me know what you think, how many you can help with.  Thanks!!

A company 152 male- 6 female  ship date 8-10 thru 8-13

B company 154 male-  5 female    ship date 8-31 thru 9-3

ENGR Co 134 male-  8 female   ship date 9-21 thru 9-24

HQ 239  male-  19 female  ship date 10-5 thru 10-8

I don't know how much you paid for these at Office Max, but I found them on Amazon.com for $9.99.
that would be intteresting to know.  how many to a box Birdie and quilt?
There are 5 sheets in a package. Each measures 8.5" x 11"
I paid 14.99 (buy one get 1 at 1/2 price). All cotton sheets. Also, have washed my test pc twice now and it still looks good!

these are beautiful m's mom!  I heard from Terry and she will mail on Tuesday.  She went to see Jennifer because she was back in the hospital.  I told her "no worries".

So Tuesday, B company will be done.

quiltblue - really like your labels, too!!  great work!  do you sew them on before you attach the band to the body?

m'smom - So you have all you need for B company?  do you still need some for Engr Co?  I should have 20 ready for that shipment.

We can use your 20 for the last shipment for HQ.  The Engr Co and Co B are all taken care of. Thanks Natalie.
Sewed them on after pcs were made (mainly because I discovered the labels after I had them banded). I would love to sew them onto the bands beforehand, maybe I will try on the next ones. Although the stitching on the outside of the band makes them look inside!!! Maybe I'll start putting a heart in my box! LOL!
@Quiltblue -- love those labels -- had to order some too! Great idea!  :)
What is the address to send my pc for ENGR co?
