Deanna: I believe his Ship/Div is part of the PIR 12-28-2012 group. Quite a few folks are already in that group and many had heard the same as you. Check the group out.  PIR 12-28-2012 (clickable link)  :)

There should be a PIR group for him that will give you some info.  Maybe they take time off at Christmas with no training.  I'm trying to remember--seems to me when my son was an instructor that he did have time off during that time.

Deanna: Did the recruiter give you his Ship & Div number?

Comment by Deanna on November 8, 2012 at 12:10am

I havent received his form letter yet but I did call the recruiter the other day and he said it said December 28th 2012 but he didn't know why because it should have been Dec 21st but the others that he went with all said the 28th too.  Not sure what happened but I know that he had left 5 days before he was originally scheduled to leave with the thought that he would graduate before Christmas.

Hi Every body

thought I would check in and let you all know what has been happening with my SeeBee.  First of all she is back on USA soil, second she got engaged, and third her sister, the Navy and herself gave a wonderful surprise this last Saturday Oct 13, 2012.  Her sister was married and they all made it possible for her to be able to fly home just for the wedding and leave at 4 in the morning on Sunday.  She was in uniform and she looked so good.  It was one of the best surprises I have ever got.  The wedding had a few bumps in the road but with her here and all 3 my children could be together nothing would have made it better.
