Meloney-I'd love to meet.  Some of my other N4M friends talk about meeting other mom's from their state and how much fun it is.  Would love to hear from you.

I'm originally from Orange but moved here 16 years ago due to my husbands job.  I, too am hoping for some news from the Lafayette group.  It would be great to interact with those in my area.

Lynn-After that big door opened my heart was filled with so much love and pride for all the Sailors that I don't remember to much of PIR.  I do remember the prayer and as you said  it was a beautiful sight.  I'm waiting for the dvd to get here so I can fully remember it all.

I'm only about an hour and a half from you.  Do y'all have any meet and greets?

Doreen-Congratulations and have fun.  The best part besides the big door opening is getting to hug your son.  We got to spend the whole weekend with ours since he stayed in GL.  What part of Louisiana are you in?
