My son says that for A School names were required as you were going into a secure building and had to be checked in with ID and escorted into the room where the grads were. Power School is outdoors and he says he doesn't have to submit a list of names. We went right through the gates without any paperwork etc at A school graduation and have been told it's the same for Power School graduation also. The guard at the gate just directed us to where the parking lot was. At least that was how it was in February for A School and the rest is from the information from my son who graduates Power School in just a few weeks (5). There are no tickets and I know of no restrictions (Power School) as to how many can attend unless it rains then only two are allowed as where ever they have to move indoors to is small. As always this is info from my son but he's been right on target so far and I remember reading this same info somewhere.

Catie--lol I can't even remember that far back (blame the pregnancy brain)...maybe we were told we only got 4 spots per graduate lol I don't remember signing in or anything...we just walked up to all the seats and sat down. I think they might check your names if your car doesn't have decals or if you aren't driving in with an active duty member/spouse. (since you still have to go through the security gates)..do you know someone who's hubby graduated more recently? Our power school grad was back in Jan. lol

Nicole-we got 4 tickets, I don't know what you have to do if you want more (or if you can even get more) I remember we had to let the navy know the names of the people who were coming too.

Unlimited if outdoors, two if rain and it has to move indoors.
