Hi, Haven't been here for a while, but if you are getting together,

for anything for that matter, I would love to be part of it.  Have you

chosen a date and place?

Hi to all! I just started a new job, and am not finished with my current job, so I'm kind of straight out. Please let me know time and place and I will do my very best to be there, sounds great! My sailor is coming home for the 3 day w/e, he starts Power School today and I don't think we will see him again until graduation in July. Keep me posted. Happy Valentine's Day!

Sheryl, sounds great!  Why don't you pick a date and time and we'll go from there?

OK, everyone else -- we have a place and we know what we are going to do.  So let's get some conversation going!!!

I know April is our next time to work on a packing party, but I have an idea.  Yes, another one!!

Special Hugs announced their Feb. mission - a Pancake Breakfast for Dwyer.  That means a variety of pancake mixes, the kind that you only need to add water to.  And bottles of syrup.  Being New Englanders, perhaps we can find some different flavors of the REAL syrup, not what is sold as syrup!

I also wondered about trying to have a get-together where we can have lunch, and just visit and chat.  The chance to catch up on the comings and goings of our sailors or sailors-in-law or sailor friends.  Nothing fancy like going out to eat, but more like a pot-luck in a home.

Anyone interested in doing this?  Anyone intrested in having us meet in their home?  My home is always open and available, but I thought that perhaps we could go to a different area -- sort of a way to give others the chance to attend.

Just leave a comment.  When we get enough interest going we can make it a discussion so all info is in one spot.

ANYONE INTERESTED??!!
