lovey1020,
Thank you for those sweet words. I hope we can continue to support you as that date arrives and your girl heads off to bootcamp!!! You'll have to give your grandson some paper and crayons and let him "write" letters to his mom!!! And let him decorate with some stickers and then mail them to your girl!!! Hopefully it will bring a smile to her face!!!! Keep in touch with us and let us know how you're doing!!!
Jean,
So glad unemployment understood and didn't have that go against you. Sorry it took so long to get your answer but they figure you don't mind wasting tons of your time!!!!! NOT
Hope something good and permanent comes along soon!!
Julyasmom,
So happy the party was a success!!!!
spyder,
Sorry your phone won't let you come play!!!! Glad to hear everything is going well with you!!!!
So hubby and I are in a small town called Buena Vista, CO. We are on our way to Colorado Springs to visit a friend I went to high school with. We always keep in touch but haven't seen each other in many years!!! Driving from Montrose here took us over some awesome mountains. Our GPS recorded the highest elevation at 11,334 feet!!! I kept wondering if the truck engine could still pull the trailer in that elevation. But it did just fine!!!! It was cool to see all the snow around us, but the roads were all clear and dry. Then just after we came down the other side of the mountains we had a massive downpour. Hubby had to pull over and wait it out because you just couldn't see. I'm so glad that waited until we got downhill. Going down those steep roads is worst than going up. Sometimes the truck and trailer just shakes so much trying to slow down. Oh and let's not forget the hairpin turns!!!! Such fun!!! Hubby deserves a medal!!!
Hi Ladies Happy Tuesday had my daughters going away party Sunday it turned out great and she had a great time she leaves in 8 days so its becoming very real and I will begin to watch my 2year old grandson while son in law works so I am busy on pinterest looking for things to do with him You all make it a great day and I just have to say everyone on here is so wonderful and supportive
Good Morning to Everyone.
Good Morning to Everyone.
Had a fantastic weekend with a friend that I went to Portland to see. To bad weekends have to end though.
Anna, the doctors office has offered but I was in the running for it. I politely turned it down. I was told by unemployment because it was causing health related issues I could turn it down and not worry about it. It took 2 hours on the phone to get someone to answer. It is really stupid that it takes that long to get an answer.Sorry you weren't able to see the pictures. If you want I can try again.
Jean,
I couldn't see your last two pictures you posted of Aurora :( Does anyone else have a problem or is it just my spotty internet!!! Did that drs office actually offer you a position? If not, you have nothing to worry about, but if so, I would just keep that info to myself and charge ahead. You can't work in a place that will affect your breathing. Just think of the headaches that would give you!!!!
Catsmom,
Sounds like Crystal and her hubs are getting things set up. How much longer do you get to visit. Maybe Crystal can send her hubby out for pizza!!!!
Vickyrun,
So sorry your girl is feeling homesick. Hope the deployment goes fast for her. I'm sure its good/not so good that your youngest is moving back to CA. Sorry for her break up though.
MamaBear,
I love that T-shirt. I might have to try to order one for me. Just don't know where I'd have it sent!!!!!
Blondie,
Nice pics!!!
Julyasmom,
Hope the party is a success!!! Any other plans before her departure??
