Hi Anna, so good to hear from you! Crazy weather - I'm becoming convinced Mother Nature has taught us women the art of changing our minds. If you make it over to Bainbridge Island let me know. A family friend owns an award winning brewery there.... the perfect tonic after a long drive : )

Catsmom,

So good to hear from you on here!!!  We missed you!!!  Can't believe that little guy is 1 already!!!  They grow so fast don't they?

Everyone has been pretty quiet lately - must be trying to get in all those last minute summer plans before school starts again!!  A week ago we were visiting some very good friends (another NavyMom I became fast friends with!!) in Miles City, MT and the temps were 105 during the day.  After 3 days we started our drive across the rest of the state of Montana heading for WA to visit with Chris.  We stayed in Big Timber and Deer Lodge where the temps at night were in the 30's.  We stopped at a rest stop outside Deer Lodge and there was snow in the hills!!!!  What temp extremes in one week in one state!!!!!!  Driving across today there was plenty of snow capped mountains and it was just so beautiful!!!!  Tomorrow we will get into WA and we'll be spending a couple days at Snoqualmie Falls!!!!

Great story Blondie, so glad Joe found your family. And thank you for the pic, such a great reminder!

Hi Catsmom, good to hear from you.

Hope everyone had a nice Labor Day weekend. Happy September! And Blondie - I hope this month is much better than last for you.

Hi everyone.
Wow it has been a long time since I was here. Not sure why. Missed you all. Life has been so busy for me. Good and otherwise. Blondie how is your girl? Is she still in VB? Crystal moved into base housing in Norfolk. We were there for 3 weeks in June and July. Justin turned 1 on July 7th. We rented a car and drove back to southern Calif. Took us over 2 weeks. So much to see and do. Stopped in Arkansas and visited with Andrea. Had so much fun with her. Nathan is such a cutie!
Anna thank you for nudging me to check back in. I will fill you in on work soon. LOL. Hope everyone enjoys this Labor Day weekend. God bless all our sailors. And all of you.

Blondie, sorry to hear about all the unfortunate events surrounding such a joyous time. I will be praying for your sailor, Joe and the baby along with your whole family. Joe is truly blessed by marrying into your family and having loving in-laws. Hugs for a brighter day.

Blondie, that's awful! How rude of the ones that shared! They should be ashamed of themselves. Prayers for your daughter and all of you!

Oh Blondie..... so this was your hush hush good news. I'm really sorry the edge was taken off by those spiteful women. What a shame. But like JayDee said, hopefully things will get cleared up and everyone will be happy and healthy! I know it hurts your mama heart to hear your girl sad. Prayers being sent to you all.

Blondie will keep them in my prayers. That's terrible that their news would be told by others. Hopefully this was all a misunderstanding and they can get past it. Hang in there girl!
