They must have cut the lock because she said she locked up everything before she left. She flew in last night & didn't get in till 9pm. Then she had to deal with this.

Elenasmom, Wowza! things got totally messed up on that one...since her NWU's were missing also I'm hoping they just boxed everything up and moved them to a safe place...having said that it would be nice to know where that was!!!  And did they cut the lock then?? What a great "welcome aboard" that was :-(

It was all locked up but they put somebody else in her rack and have no idea where any of her things were moved to.

Elenasmom, sorry to hear all her things were taken. Sad fact, everything you have has to be locked up on the ship. My girl was lucky and had a bottom rack, so had more storage.she said everything had to be locked up or hidden. So sad that it has to be that way. She was Attached for deployment too. Not sure about the hotel, guess it depends on when they are going out. HUGS to you and your girl.

Good Morning. Sorry I'm just a little irritated this morning. My daughter got to her ship last night & everything she left in her rack is gone. All her toiletries, bedding & her NWU's. She's not "technically" part of ships company but finally got a permanent rack, so she thought. They had to put her in a hotel since she has no place on the ship right now.

Good morning everyone,
Jean, grandma has the magic touch! I agree with the feeding. Some things are better done in private, and the bonding is amazing. So happy for you and your family. And I am also jealous in a good way :-)

Andrea, Crystal is doing well, keeping very busy. Not sure if the POS is still showing up, she hasn't said much about it lately.

Anna, You are amazing! Happy all is finished, now some time to relax, you earned it! Enjoy your family time! Let me know when you get back to Southern Calif.

Just a 3 1/2 mile walk this morning, the yield was up, and cut off part of our walk. Didn't want to climb over slippery rocks with the surf crashing onto them..LOL I will pick up the keys next week and start setting up. I will get the managers pay to start, so that is a plus.. not sure how long they will take to do the interviews for the job. Going to miss my early morning beach walks.

Back in the 80s when I had my first two they told us we could take them out after a week. The last were born in the late 80s it was go ahead take them out if you feel up to it. Now they don't even say that. Boy times have changed.

Nice you ask went out? Isn't it crazy how young babies go out now? We were told to wait 6 weeks back in 70's. Now my kids can take them out almost on way home from hospital.....or maybe they do...lol
