Eenasmom...WELCOME!!!

Jappyjship...Yay! So happy that the little eye issue ;-) didn't keep you from PIR...though doubtful anything could have kept you from hugging your new Sailor!! Can't wait to see pics!! Prays for your son as he prepares and departs for his deployment...and mom too!

Blondie, great pictures so peaceful and relaxing...great reminders when you need an escape!

Jean...Whoo Hoo Aurora all to yourself...best birthday gift EVER!! :-)   Jealous of you...in a good way, of course!! LOL  Glad everyone is doing well and adjusting to the new baby...so blessed!

Catsmom, hoping that the job listing is just a formality we all know you should have this hands down...but it's always nice to get the news officially ;-) I'm sure they will take their sweet time since they have you doing it without the title and pay bump!!! Will you be going in this week to start things rolling? How is Crystal doing? POS still following her around??

Anna...you're such a rock star!! Should be all done or very close to it post pics if you get a chance would love to see the fruits of your labor!!! Don't forget a stop in AR during your many travels...just saying!!

Blm...how wonderful that she...and you...like his family...makes things so much easier! So happy you got to spend some time with all of them. Sounds like things are going very well for her now!

Spyder, glad you were able to get some much needed rain...probably wondering what that wet stuff was falling from the skies, huh?! LOL

Good Morning to Everyone.

The babysitting went well. Aurora has found a pattern finally and Christina and John are very glad with that. She does have a fussy time but she is not that bad. Yesterday, will we were all at the restaurant was the fussy time but grandma ( Me) was able to get her to fall a sleep and we all got a nice dinner. She woke up hungry though and Christina had to leave early to get her home to feed. She is still not comfortable feeding out in public. Which I hope she never does. It is a bonding time for her and the baby not a place for others to stare and wonder what is under the blanket.

Good Morning Everyone!!!  I made it!!!  Sitting at my sister's place in Ohio!!  Everything went smooth - loaded the truck Friday night and Saturday.  Had a neighbor and one of hubby's co-workers come over and help with a couple heavy things.  Drove halfway Saturday and got to storage unit by noon on Sunday.  Sister and bil met us there to help unload, then took them to our favorite mexican restaurant for dinner.  NOW I'm officially on vacation for the rest of the week!!!!  Leaving this afternoon to visit cemetery and head for son's place in PA!!!

Jappyj,

So glad PIR was great!!!  Will keep son in my prayers for a speedy and safe deployment.  I so understand those emotions from when my son went to Afghanistan!!  Fair winds and following seas for him and all his shipmates!!

Jean,

Happy belated birthday!!  Sounds like that babysitting weekend was warm and fuzzy!!!

Catsmom,

Sorry that your summer break is almost over!!  Hope you get the job and hear about it soon.

blm,

Sounds like you had a wonderful visit!!  So happy it;s going to be a nice family for your girl!!!!

spyder,

Glad you got some rain!!!  I have been so out of touch with news or weather for three days!!!

Hope everyone else is doing well - - Andrea, what are you up to these days???
