MAybe we should just start a new group and make it the Navy Mom Quilters. And I refuse to show off my sixpack

QL I checked her page and it doesn't show any activity since 2009 so I would tend to agree. I know another administrator of another group that I can ask what the procedure is and get back to the group.
EM I would like to see the sixpack of any of the girls in this group. Don't think it's happening.

Don't worry EM, I have your six.

I tried to do mine private and could not find the correct way to do so. Can anyone give me advice on how to change that?

Ok how do I do that, I just looked my screen name up on google and saw things I had posted about my daughter. Not that it was anything bad. This is not what I wanted.

Ok Ladies, I am sincerely asking for your help. This has become on of my favorite groups I am in and I wanted to tell you what has been going on. I don't know if I had told you but I have a daughter and soon a son, my youngest, in the Navy. My son just had his 30 day today and we recently found out that our girl will be going on her first deployment soon. These will be new experiences for me, as this will be our sons longest time away from home and our daughters first adventure too. Very mixed feelings about all this to say the least and even though I know what to expect, and even though physically he should have no problems, you never know how he will do emotionally as apposed to his sister. The lucky part is they both went into the same rate so he will follow the same path for the next year of schooling. I guess as the time nears the anxiety increases for both occurances. I just ask that you keep me and my 2 kids in your prayers and if I start to blubber and whine, please excuse me.
