OMG! I now understand that I was not cut out to be a teacher!!! I am having a tuff time standing by and trying to watch my daughter sew. She is doing fine, but the watching is killing me. I think if we had two machines it wouldn't not be so bad. Ok, I've had my momment of venting.

AM...Hope you have your antique quilt rolled up in that chest and not folded? One of the things that professional restorers will tell you is that these old quilts should be rolled and stored in acid free paper even if they are stored in a cedar chest. The rolling takes the stress of the steams. Just thought I'd share that bit of info that I gained from our quilt guild guest speaker:)

Audreymema,,,,,Beautiful Quilt!!! I did well to get a pair of flannel pillow cases made and out to the adopted son in Maine.

Going to try and finish Navy son's quilt this weekend. It should be interesting with everyone home, specially with little ones around wanting to help. I will be in all my glory!!! First time Navy son will be home for the holidays in six years.
