OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Ok Denise and Verinta what is a prayer shawl? I must be living a very reclusive life since I don't know what they are.

Vernita....It took me about an hour and half to rip out what I had done. Just wasn't paying attention, was just to much into the relaxing of sewing.

I like the unsewer!

Just taking a break from free motion quilting. Of course I just made a hugh mistake and have to ripe out one whole border.

Just thought I'd check in to see if any one was home this weekend.

Denise....Gosh you were nice, I told mine right before he left for the academy, "Pack what you want to keep, because we know you will never live at home again. The yard sale will be the next weekend".

I keep telling them that all this junk has taken me a life time to collect and it is their inherentence.

Vernita....I can relate to the boxes in a small closest. That's how my stuff had been for the last two years.

Yes, your right it is wonderful to be able to just look at a stack and select a shade of a certain color.

I also had the chance to organzie all my thread for my serger and sewing manchine. I can't beleive that I managed to not buy a dulpicate color of thread in all this time.
