OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

snmouse....So true!!  It was a LONG ceremony, seemed like it would never end!!  I just wanted to be with my sailor, didn't care about all the hoopla.  I guess it just depends if you are into that kinda thing.

Getting there early is the best for parking and seating. PIR is amazing and to me it was fast you get to see everyone together make sure you try to meet other people on here who have family in the same PIR group that way you can make new friends and you will never know if they are related to some of your SR's friends
