Hey DeeM, yes our girls are quite amazing.  Very strong I must say.  don't know if I could be away from my newlywed like they are. The first year is always the toughest.  But the two of them have big Navy plans. So proud, and so proud of yours also.  Congratulations on the upcoming wedding, I am sure it will be wonderful to have them together with the family.  God bless. We sure do have some great kids...

Well hello strangers, sorry it's been such a long time. Very busy life these last few months.  Time to fill you in somewhat on my sailor.  She was married on 6/4 to her love. Yay!  He will be a SeaBee Reservist by the end of the year.  She's been working very hard in school and boy did it pay off for her. She received the "Best of the Best" and was tops in her class.  Her next school will be coming up the middle of September in San Diego.  I am not able to give anymore info on her next duty station after that, but I will say,she is very happy and we are very proud.  Will be going out to see her graduate her Gunners School on the 1st of August and then she's home for 2 weeks, and back to SD for VLS school before her big deployment.  So Proud, So Happy!!!!!

Whitemountain, welcome!!  You should not have a problem getting all 7 in but I do suggest you get there early!!!!  Bring tissues, binoculars and a camera.  My flash was not strong enough for the ceremony pictures but we got plenty after the ceremony.

Cherlynn-We are going to PIR.  Wouldn't miss it for the world.  There are 7 of us going...I hope we can all get in!  Any advice from all you veterans out there? Her BS  is July 25.  Thank you for all supporting her.  Still SO new to all of this!

DeeM-I would love to join a chapter...but I fear I am way up north in the White Mountains and there may not be anything close??
