Hi sjtina, Atco is just a hop, skip & jump away from Williamstown. Are you a Mom or a Wife of a sailor? We should try and get together when I am up there visiting. Gee, we could drive up together one of these days to North Jersey to meet all the other Navy Mom's & Wives of NJ. when they have there get togethers! I won't be home for the 13th, but maybe another time. We won't be up until the 20th of Nov.(my grandson's Baptism) for 10 days. Maria, well...all our football teams aren't doing to good this year, just my husband's GreenBay team and he sure reminds us all of it!!!!!   ;)

Hi Girls, I just want everyone to be aware that there will be a

NATIONWIDE EMERGENCY ALERT SYSTEM (EAS) TEST on Wed. 11/09/11 at 2:00pm (EST) and run concurrently across all times zones.

This system test is the "First" of it's kind designed to broadcast a nationwide message to the American Public. In the History of the country, nothing like it has been conducted on such a "High" level. The (3) minute test will run concurrently on all radio & TV band stations.

This Test message on TV might not indicate that it is just a "Test". There is a great concern with local police & emergancy management about undue public anxiety over this test that may cause panic. Please share this information with your families so they are aware of the test.

Hey New Jersey Mom's, I really feel bad for all of you that got hit with that terrible storm. My husband & I just made a "huge" move to Atlanta GA last month from Williamstown NJ (southern part). Our daughter is still up there in our home with her family, they only rec'd sleet & rain. I hear we are in for a real treat with the "Ice Storms" down here. However, we will be back in NJ for Thanksgiving & Christmas so we plan on bringing my winter gear!!!

Hi Judy, I'll take up your suggestion and put together an event after the New Year.  I hope you get your power back soon. Take care.
