Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Make sure to read our Community Guidelines and this Navy Operations Security (OPSEC) checklist - loose lips sink ships!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Hi Jerseytina is he coming by Newark Airport my son should be arriving by there around 12:30 yes my son got his shuttle tickets already im counting the days he is taking off from Milwaukee

marianne. not feeling much better but I am as ready as I can be. Got my sailor hat. the weather looks like it may cooperate with us. 45 not too bad.

navy25...my son comes home on the 17th too. he said they will be having shuttles from the base to the airport all day. I guess they are getting kicked out so the officers can spend the holidays with thier families also. you must be soo excited. I know I am. we are working on a welcome home sign for out front among a few other surprises

Hi Jerseytina, didnt see that foto of the snowman saw the one with the igloo looked like fun.How are things did you see about getting together I hope you can make it a few of us are looking forward to it by Bridgewater nice weather in April.When is your son arriving mine should be here by 12/17 i cant wait to see him.Enjoy the Holidays

marianne did you get the email about the special visitor? I wish I could shake this cold. I am worried about saturday. anyway we have a fake tree the real ones die too easily since nobody likes to water them here. my son usually hangs the icicle lights outside, but he is not here yet. so hubby reluctantly did it for me. hohoho I'm trying

Hi Ladies, same here I checked on line and thats a good distance for me to travel its like 50 minutes for me now we have to pick a date that would be ok for all of us nice weather Im guessing April but not close to Easter and then will have to figure out how to get in touch with the rest of the Moms

Marianne and Monica, thats a great idea send me a message on my foto and we can start making plans of a date see how we can do this location to be a central area depending on who will come will have to post it somewhere in the Jersey Group

Happy Thanksgiving Jersey Navy Moms and your Sailors tahnk you for all your support for all these Months God Bless you all. We should have a Jersey Navy Moms get together early spring this coming year (good weather)somewhere neutral and bring fotos of our Sailors to share to see their progress I think itll be a fun lunch get together. Im in.
