Bea you are awesome! Absolutely! Thank you for making it so easy. Ginger just asked how many were coming. I was hoping to get the media kit - maybe folks just haven't repsonded, what you have done makes it much easier.
Okay Ladies: what should we use as a guage to cancel an event? I live pretty far away for most of you to come, and I don't want to ask if we aren't going to have enough - especially with Commander Nafarrete, and Lance (local retruiter) planning on attending. We will be gone Thursday thru Tuesday for the annual family reunion at Topaz Lake. Is Wednesday close enough to call it if we don't have at least ten? Please let me know what your thoughts are. Thanks, s

Ladies,
We have a meet and greet on the schedule for October in Los Altos - my home. Moms and dads welcome. I am just waiting for confirmation on the 25th from Commander Nafarrete. Will be posting event this week. Vernita & Leeanna, if you want to do an earlier meet and greet, that would be good too.
A new discussion to be used to keep tabs of planned events. Keep comments here not above. RSVP in EVENTS.

So sad I can't make the Spaghetti Factory, I'll be in Colusa that day.

Welcome Val, bootcamp is the hardest time. I know where Dunnigan is, I live in Dixon and travel that way often. Hang in there, write lots of letters and take the phone with you everywhere. My son called once while in bootcamp.

Ok the gathering at the spagetti factory this Thrusday? What time should everyone attempt to arrive?

Cindy, I also work in Ranco Cordova. If you have any BC questions, my son was PIR 8/21 so it's still fresh for me. I think the first 2 weeks are the hardest on the moms.

Thanks everyone for the welcome. With the PIR group going their separate ways I was feeling kind of lost. (I also belong to N4Ms annonomas! LOL (oh, bad spelling)

I'm still new to the group, and Spaghetti Factory sounds great. I work in Rancho Cordova, just a few miles from the restaurant, so please let me know if there's anything I can do to help. My son left Tuesday for BC and this website has been such a great support through a difficult week.

And, Tee -- I know we've never met or even talked, but if you ever need a ride, we might not be too far apart (I live in South Sac/Elk Grove area), so please let me know if I can help. I understand your challenge as my husband doesn't drive as a result of RP (Retinitis Pigementosa) and know how frustrating it can be.

I look forward to meeting everyone!
Cindy
