Hi everyone, It's been a while since I have been on here but I have been trying my best to read and keep up. I so enjoy keeping up with everyone's stories. I  appreciate the support we provide for each other here.

Special shout out to JayCee, Bigsky21 and JayDee!! Congratulations on everyone passing the Comp!!  I'm pretty sure I read that all your Sailors have passed. My son also took his last Thursday and found out on Monday that he had passed all sections!! Woohooo! Are all of you ladies going to be able to be at Graduation??? I'd love to say hello and maybe take a group pic!! That would be awesome!!  They are so close yet so far. Still lots to do before the big day. Oral Boards  sound so intimidating!! I know they have got this.

Yes, so sad about the Sailor who lost his way. It's very possible that my nephew could know that Sailor as he is a Nuke on the same ship during that time. Crazy!!

BNukes Mom- I have definitely been watching Chernobyl!! It's crazy how little people new about Nuclear Power at that time. Even the high ups really knew very little. It's scary stuff but I'm sure the Navy has used that tragedy to teach our Nukes something!! This is why our Nukes have to work so hard!! Very important stuff!

I'm glad to hear everyone here is safe from this crazy weather!! Happy Wednesday everyone!! :))

Oh SubMom, that is so sweet! Those are the treasures that touch our mama's hearts and that's why we save them. And now look at him! Well done.

Submom....that is precious!

SubMom - a special moment!! Thanks for sharing!

NancyJo - I know we have had bad weather, but when I see and hear of our neighbors in the northern states, it seems that this has been a rougher spring than we have had.

Comment by NancyJo (NNPTC) on May 29, 2019 at 9:56am

Yes, it keeps un-following. I wonder why.

So much crazy weather. We had so much hail Tuesday morning it was like snow and the plows came out to clear a couple bad areas. Now the floods are getting bad again and some towns are still flooded from the first time around. Some folks are really suffering.

Meanwhile my nuke and family are really enjoying SC. I'm so grateful!

B'sNuke, thanks for all you do for this site. I don't think it is acknowledged enough. You are a rock star.

On to the rest of the day, Sea Sisters! Hooyah!

While sorting through some miscellaneous papers last night I found this note. My sailor would have been in 6th grade (?) when he wrote it. Put a smile on my face and heart

Comment by Chipmunk on May 29, 2019 at 9:13am

Good morning NancyJo - I wonder if somehow it keeps turning off and on the Follow or Stop Following toggle under the comment section?  So sorry you have having problems.

Comment by NancyJo (NNPTC) on May 29, 2019 at 9:06am

I got kicked out again! Now I need to catch up on posts. I wonder why this keeps happening? Anyway, hello again, Sea Sisters!
