Happy Birthday Maryq, what a sweet surprise. I think I would fall over dead if my son ever sent me flowers!

Hi Maddie.....I just post what my sailor tells me, and they have had one test every week since classes started for A school. 2 on Fridays, 2 on Thursdays. Also, the class average is shared with the class after every test, I post that as well - just to have something to reference to.

Just got a gorgeous bouquet from my sailor for my birthday today - so sweet! :)

I have been reading the discussions for 1131 and 1121 A classes and noted that they have test schedules posted.  I realize that these come from what we hear from our sailors.  My nuke baby is not so forthcoming with the info (though I have been lucky to have someone from the same class give me a heads up on when the next exam is) so I'm just wondering if the number and spread of the exams are similar for all A/MM students.  I see 4 total tests every other week plus some quizzes in between; is that how it usually is?  Are they given a schedule on when these tests at the beginning?

I also see GPAs posted; is that something the whole class is given?

Thanks,

Another 'DO'

I have just become "deadline oriented" as I have been a procrastinator all my life and I like the new description better :)   Always done on time even if it means staying up all night.  DH, just the opposit.  He does it when assigned 3 weeks ahead of time.

Have a great day!

PS--only 14 days (and comps) until graduation :-))

Deadline oriented -- I love that!

Michimom - I will check into the Villas.  The weekend I was looking at is also PIR for Power School (weejend of June 17th), I believe.  I just saw that last night - The Villas may already be booked.

Quiltblue - Thanks for the invite!  I sent you a FB message back.  I wish I could do it next weekend - we've been planning a garage sale for months and it's finally on the calendar - of course, for that weekend.  I know we would have a great time together, but it's not in the cards this time around.  :(

Emily, Procrastinators ROCK!  Ask a procrastinator to do something, give them a deadline and you can be sure it WILL get done, maybe minutes before but it WILL get done!  Oh and ask a busy person to do something and it also will get done. I learned that one later in life....I used to think, oh I'll ask someone who has the time, but no...ask a busy person and they put it on their list and then scratch it off when it's done.
