I can only upload pics from a computer here - phone doesn't work.  Once you have the picture saved on your computer then you click on the button right up on the left of this comment box - next to link (looks like a picture frame, the one next to it is for media).  When you put your mouse over it it says "image". You click on it & it then it says "add image from your computer".  Your browse through the files where you have the picture saved. Click on the picture you want & then "open" it.  This is where I change the width....I don't usually go any bigger than about 250 pixels (usually I'll stay around 220).  You can also move the location of the picture - right, middle, top, etc.  Once you have that done you say "ok" & your picture posts on here.  If you don't like the way it looks you can just delete it & try making it bigger or smaller if necessary or move it to a different place in the box.  Just mess around with it a little & you'll get the hang of it!

I'd share pictures if I knew how to get them on here. I know how to share on facebook and via text cause I click a button. I'm techno challenged. Had a great trip, got to swim with turtles and saw many interesting fish. Our view was fantastic from villa. Give me a quick, SIMPLE tutorial and I will share some of my favorites. Remember I'm techno challenged!

Hi all - Happy Monday!

My jury service is over for this year.  In our county you serve 1 day/1 trial.  I went in for my service but didn't get picked for the trial they were doing.  It would have been a quick one too - judge said it was only supposed to last 2 days at the most!  I'll have my chance again next year as I get called every year.

Had a nice chat with Sailor yesterday.  He's keeping busy on the Truman.....

1proudmama - hope your vacation was fun - any pictures to share?  I'm jealous that you will have your sailor so close to home now - but so happy for you too!  That will sure make it convenient for ship homecomings!

CoTwin - hope you are enjoying having your sailor home! You'll definitely have to plan a visit to Hawaii ;-)

Welcome rhinosmom!  Make sure you look at all the pages (9) to the right under the member profiles.  You'll find lots of good info there.  And don't be afraid to ask questions!

Dittersmom - fingers crossed you get a proto grad!

COTwin, I can feel your happiness. Enjoy this precious time!

B'sNuke, jury duty is an awesome responsibility. I commend you on your doing your duty. It floors me when people will go to any lengths to get out of it. If God forbid I ever find myself in trouble, I hope the 12 jurors are like you.

1proudmama, how great that things are working out so well with your sailor being close to home! Most of us do not have that experience. Good for you!

I'm back and refreshed from my vacation.

Can't wait to have my sailor home this weekend, get to have him the month of May. Will only have to travel 1.5 hours to his new port.

I'll chime in and say if I'd have to pick one graduation it would be powerschool. It's the biggest and the best imho. My son said to not bother coming up for prototype.

Congratulations Co-twinsalorsmom on having your sailor for a few weeks.  Enjoy

BNukesmom hope you get an interesting case to stand jury duty. I think I have only been summoned once and got out of it cause just had baby. I probably just jinked myself. lol

I'll guess May 7th if still open.

KAM mom My son went through the Sta21 enlisted to Officer program I'd be glad to answer any questions that I can - do check out the sta-21 group page - it has good info . Not very active but I think that people still check in so you could ask questions there also.
